AVR will build four switches this winter in the station. Many of the members have been busy out in the cold cutting up enough ties for eight switches. In this picture Dwight makes adjustments on the first switch while Jim assists him. Dwight has made a comprehensive set of instructions on how to build switches.  Peter and Jim put the second switch together the following Monday. At the AVR we try and involve as many members as possable in all projects.
